Apparently deciding I'm going to start eating healthy and change my diet isn't enough this time. Self restraint? Ha! Fruit? Do you mean chocolate? Exercise? Yeah, on alternate Tuesdays.
If you haven't already guessed, in the last two weeks I have not been pro-active. I have eaten crap every other day, only eating healthy on days beginning with a 'T'. My exercise plan is non-existent. I have just been... Lazy.
The scales show this. 110.5kg, a gain of 300g or 0.3KG. Obviously it could be worse.
Last time jumping onto the healthy train was easy, this time? Super hard. My cravings for junk food and carbs is gigantic. Having these foods in the house doesn't help either.
Today is a new day, and yesterday I stuck to my diet fully (it wasn't even a day starting with a 'T'!) so hopefully this week goes well.
Time to take a lesson from my childhood - No means no! If I tell myself no once I need to stick to that, even if the cravings don't go away...
