You know the best thing about having a blog? In this day and age you can pretty much post from any where.
On the couch? Write a blog. On the train? Write a blog. At the shops? Write a blog. Hiking? Not going to stop me writing a blog.
iPhones, iPads, Andripd tablets, etc all let us write a blog on the go.
And for me? This is awesome news! Instead of waiting till I get home (and forgetting to post an update) I can write my update on my iPhone and post it straight to you! All while standing in the cold and rain at the train station :D
Apart from my ramblings about the awesomeness of technology, this update does actually have a point. I had my first weigh in :)
I wanted my weigh-in day to be Monday/Tuesday. Which means I only have had 5 (6?) days since my "new week 0" weigh-in. With changing the weigh-in day from Friday to Tuesday I couldn't be picky about wanting the full 7 days and I didn't want you all to wait 10 days for my first weigh-in results.
Before I tell you the results of this weigh-in let me say this week has not been easy. It has been stressful and tiring. However I have stuck to my diet (though I probably could do with going to the gym more...) and the results have shown.
My weight? 110.2! That is a weight lose of 2.3KGs (assuming my math isn't as bad as my grammar... :D)
Hopefully this next week goes just as well. I am expecting my weight losses to even out around .5-1kg's a week (which is a normal and healthy weight loss) so I'm not going to be worried if I don't pull a big number next week (though it would be awesome ;-) )
With Valentines day on Thursday I am a little worried about my self control when my partner and I go out for dinner. We will have to see how I do when the time comes I guess! :)
